With her second studio album, Caroline Polacheck has tapped into something existential and elemental. As her ingenious sound evolves to keep her at the vanguard of pop music's innovators, her writing turns inward, exploring her own anxieties and wistful desires. She creates a self-described constellation of songs that draw from and reference a myriad of experiences, works, and states of being.
